Grammar Girl on Jeopardy

I got a wonderful surprise last week when Lori-Anne Williams tweeted that Grammar Girl was a question on the TV show Jeopardy. It was so exciting I could hardly believe it was true!

In another sign that podcasts are becoming more mainstream, the show had a whole Podcasts category. Grammar Girl was included in the $200 question (which was actually about homophones, homographs, and homonyms, based on the article about that topic that Neal Whitman wrote for the site).

Other podcasts that were questions in the category were WTF (by Marc Maron), You Must Remember This (by Karina Longworth), The Joe Rogan Experience (Joe Rogan), and All Songs Considered (Bob Boilen).

If you haven't already checked out the Grammar Girl podcast, you can subscribe free at iTunes, Stitcher, or any other podcatcher using the podcast RSS feed.
